Demolition and redevelopment delivering six apartments above a ground-floor commercial unit, in a six-storey mixed-use building on a prominent corner site adjacent to Luton railway station.

Demolition and redevelopment of an existing pub to deliver a five-storey mixed-use building with re-provided public house and hotel above. Pre-application submission to Lambeth Council within a Conservation Area.

Two-storey mansard roof extension to a prominent corner building adjacent to Edgware Road Underground Station, retaining the ground-floor pub and intensifying the established hostel use above.
