A prominent corner building beside Edgware Road Underground Station, operating as a mixed-use property with an active pub at ground floor and hostel accommodation above. The existing three-storey form underplayed the site's prominence within a varied central London townscape.

RIDE led the pre-application process with Westminster City Council, making the case for a two-storey mansard roof extension that intensifies the existing use without altering the building's character. The design retains the pub, continues the hostel use, and gives the building a more resolved and proportionate form at its corner position.
