This two storey side extension forms part of the alterations to this traditional cottage in Penn. The aim of the scheme was to integrate the garage within the footprint of the main house and provide a guest bedroom with an en-suite above. The locally sourced materials of reclaimed brick and flint were key to the integration of this addition.
