Re-development of two existing semi-detached dwellings in Surrey to provide 12 flats across 3 levels with parking and landscaped gardens to the rear. This design mimicked the existing semi-detached form to provide a single building made to look like two connecting houses. Matching the architectural details to the local vernacular was key to gaining planning permission. Completed as Project Lead at Brookes Architects.
