Construction of a new five storey office building and part reconstruction and refurbishment of an existing warehouse building for Sigma Pharmaceuticals. It is intended to be used as their head office and distribution facility. Sigma is a pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor employing in excess of 450 people. Competed as Project Lead at Brookes Architects.
